Black Arrow's humble beginnings started in 1996 when owner Don Coffey decided to purchase a small eclectic store in the basement of the Bashford Courts building in historic Prescott, Arizona. The store was known to collectors of Native American art and Cowboys looking for authentic replicas. But Don had loftier plans.
