Black Arrow works with some of the most prestigious artists in the United States. All of our artists guarantee their work, if there are any defects due to craftsmanship or materials please inform us and we will take care of your situation. For all other inquiries please see our policies below.

Return / Refund Policy
We will accept returns if you return the product within 5 business days from the date you received it. There will be a 10% restocking fee based on the product price for all returns of in-stock items. Custom orders returned will incur a 20% restocking fee
-All products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent to you.
-We are not responsible for any shipping costs for return and will not reimburse previous shipping costs.
-No returns will be accepted on Sale Items, Custom Orders or Estate or Vintage Jewelry, they are all final sales.
-Refunds (minus 20% restocking fee and shipping charges) will be refunded within 2 business days upon receipt of returned item.

Exchange Policy
